In Greek Mythology, a phoenix (/ˈfiːnɪks/; Ancient Greek: φοῖνιξ, phoînix) is a long-lived bird that cyclically regenerates or is otherwise born again. Associated with the Sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor.

Mr. Benji aka. the Golden Phoenix of Newport Beach is an avid, “incurable” capitalist whose main hobby is to find true challenges building companies from ground zero to great success in record times with nominal capital infusion via his unique structure of capital formation, insightful business collaboration, unusual strategic partnerships and most notably, his intramural ability to breakthrough, innovate while applying collective experience from both of his adept technical and financial background.
“Life is full of Skittles candies. You don’t often see the kind of unexpected fun you have until you meet Mr. Benji”, said many of his associates and company partners. The Golden Phoenix loves to sleep in his nootropic deep sleep and when he suddenly wakes up, he is able to come back to continue his beautiful dreams. He often finds that each new day brings new happiness to him no matter what he does.
He greets each new day with a blissful smile as his heart is mostly filled with happiness, excitement, and determination to be more successful while seeking the true meaning of internal happiness. As for him, “work is play, and play is work,” advised by his father, a PhD in Psychology from Penn State.
“Either poor or rich, one should not let this affect his or her spirit; since if you happen to be poor right now, being sad and hopeless about that is not going to change your future. Let’s do something productive and exciting to change your life financially, mentally and spiritually,” stated the Golden Phoenix.
"Life is not a rehearsal. If you 're not successful now, you might not be able to reach a true success in the future. Better yet, you should be living your dream right now or never," added Mr. Benji.
Born in Vietnam, Mr. Benji had left his war-torn country bare hand to start a new life in the U.S. He has studied very hard as a college student and five years after residing in the United States, he earned a Bachelor degree in Engineering and then shortly after he also earned a Masters degree in Engineering, an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration. Mr. Benji, without looking back, chose to quit his engineering career after some years working in Silicon Valley to pursuit his ultimate dream of being a true capitalist using convoluted game theory derived by himself, The Golden Phoenix strategy. The theory is proven successful when coupled with deep-rooted global relationships, value-added investment communities, both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Benji had no new job when he quit his hard-earned technical career in Silicon Valley to move down to Southern California but he didn’t care about getting a job that provided semi monthly paychecks. He moved south, in free-spirit, with a strong determination for new career in finance and an astute mentality to get ready to be poor first in this life changing situation. He just wanted to do what he is really passionate about, that is adventurously shifting his engineering career to join the M&A industry starting from ground zero to prove his survival skills and to eventually learn the golden secrets of building unknown start-ups to quickly turn them into explosive growth with tremendous values.
By unlocking “hidden gem” intangible assets, Mr. Benji has been able to create attractive multi-million enterprises leading to multiple exits via IPOs or acquisitions. Mr. Benji can help many avid capitalistic entrepreneurs like him to achieve the American Dream but he only wants to work with those who deserve it. Upon careful evaluation, he would choose to work with those who are ambitious, visionary, innovative, hard-working and can strongly demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity. The Golden Phoenix has failed many ventures in his life and he has learned many valuable lessons very well; and today, he cannot take any more failures. In some cases, he practices the WIWO ("with or without you") business principle along with the Golden Phoenix spirit.
